Dear Reader

This past year, I had the privilege of running two Fidelity Training cohorts, and the experience confirmed something important: facilitators are hungry for training that is practical, grounded, and respectful of real-world program demands.

Based on the strong response and meaningful feedback from those cohorts, I’m planning to offer two new cohorts in the coming year, with the possibility of a third cohort in the Fall.

If you’ve been waiting for the right time—or wanted to hear how it went for others—this message is for you.

A Refined, Streamlined Fidelity Training Model

What was previously offered in two phases has been thoughtfully redesigned into one cohesive 20-hour training, combining:

  • 16 hours of live, interactive instruction
  • 4 hours of self-paced learning in our Learning Management System

This structure allows for both depth and flexibility, while maintaining fidelity to curriculum design and evidence-based practice.

Completion of the LMS component and quiz is required for certification in Another Way…Choosing to Change and includes a complimentary 1–2 hour orientation for any other Yorke Consulting curriculum (Anger Management; Youth Editions; Parenting Edition)
