  • What evidence tells you someone is moving from being told to change → choosing to change?
  • How do you recognize when change belongs to the participant—not the program, probation, or the court?

You’ll walk away with practical ways to reframe these moments in group, along with clear indicators to guide your decisions.

If you’ve ever questioned whether progress is real—or simply performative—this conversation will give you clarity, language, and direction.
