[FREE Inner Circle Gathering] Are Your Participants Changing… or Just Complying?

Got Questions? Bring Them to THIS Week’s Gathering!

Dear Reader,

Last month, we had planned to explore this topic broadly—but instead, we leaned into a real-time challenge one program faced while facilitating Lesson 39 (Madea’s Family Reunion).

It turned into a powerful learning moment… and a perfect example of why these Inner Circle Gatherings matter.

This is a space where you can bring what’s actually happening in your group—and we grow from it together.

For this month, we’ll take one of two directions:

  • Work through a specific challenge you’ve experienced, or
  • Dive into a question that comes up for all of us:

How do you tell the difference between compliance and someone genuinely choosing change?

We’ll anchor our discussion around:

  • What evidence tells you someone is moving from being told to changechoosing to change?
  • How do you recognize when change belongs to the participant—not the program, probation, or the court?

You’ll walk away with practical ways to reframe these moments in group, along with clear indicators to guide your decisions.

If you’ve ever questioned whether progress is real—or simply performative—this conversation will give you clarity, language, and direction.

Dear Reader This past year, I had the privilege of running two Fidelity Training cohorts, and the experience confirmed something important: facilitators are hungry for training that is practical, grounded, and respectful of real-world program demands. Based on the strong response and meaningful feedback from those cohorts, I’m planning to offer two new cohorts in the coming year, with the possibility of a third cohort in the Fall. If you’ve been waiting for the right time—or wanted to hear...
